This class will be a progressive curriculum designed by a certified physical education specialist and a NASM certified personal trainer that will consist of motor development, basics of volleyball and basketball, functional movement, speed and agility, and fitness testing. We will also be incorporating other sports and fun activities for your athlete to have a great time getting to socialize with others in a fun, safe, and clean environment.
