The REPPS program is specifically for young athletes to enjoy the repetition that comes from building up a skillset within a certain sport. Athletes will be given challenging drills to work on at home every week to progress to different levels in which they will receive recognition for their efforts and accomplishments.
Each week your athlete will have a set of 10 skills that they will be asked to complete each day of the week. We will email you videos that will show your athlete the proper way to do each of the skills. Once they have finished the week, they will have completed 1000 reps that will help them in their overall skills of volleyball, basketball, or stronger/faster programs. Once they have completed all 5 weeks and turn in their completed forms to their AYSA Coach, they will be recognized and will receive a gift from our AYSA team and space on our REPPS wall for others to see their accomplishments.
On becoming a member of the 5000 Club your athlete will be tested on their skills and can then begin to work on the 10,000 Club membership followed by the 15,000 Club and finally the 20,000 Club. Once they have completed the Level One 20,000 Club they can then move on to Level 2 which will be an even higher level of skill work. Athletes are not allowed to jump to higher levels until they have fully completed all other levels from start to finish.
