AYSA Youth Volleyball Leagues
Boys and Girls Programs 7th-12th Grade
VolleyKids Fall League—September 7 – October 20
This is a progressive, practice/play league. The first part of every evening will allow time for a team practice followed by 2 timed games. This progressive approach allows for young players to build their fundamental skills of passing, setting, attacking, serving, and defense, while also learning strategies of the game through league play. Players will register as individuals and will be placed on teams by AYSA staff. Each players will be given a team shirt.
Schedule information will be emailed to participants two weeks before league play begins. Volunteer coaches are needed for this league. Please contact Sabrina at email@example.com if you are interested in coaching your child’s team.
Our Youth League is for players who are looking for a place to strengthen their skills and become a strong all-around team leader. All skill levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Inviduals and teams are welcome. All players must either register as an individual without a team or they must specify their team name in the space provided. Teams can be made up of school teams, club teams, a group of friends, etc. Individuals without a specified team will be placed on an existing team based on skill level, age, and ability. Every week players will have 2 days to participate with their team and with those in their position groups. One of the days will be practice and the other will be competition play. Each season will include 8 weeks of regular season games plus an end-of-season tournament.
