RISING STARS LEAGUE
The Rising Stars Basketball League is held at the Dodge Jones Youth Sports Center. Register quickly (first come, first serve) to ensure your spot is secured. There will be no practice built in, only games!!
This is a bring your team League. Your team MUST provide a coach. If you do not have a team you can sign up as a free agent and be placed on a team with other free agents.
Limited # of Teams:
7 Boys / girls (5-6 yr old teams)
7 Boys / girls (7-8 yr old teams)
3 Boys / girls (9-10 yr old teams)
3 Boys / girls (11-12 yr old teams)

HOT SHOTS LEAGUE
This is a progressive, practice/play league. Every evening will allow time for a team practice followed by games. This progressive approach allows for young players to build their fundamental skills of passing, shooting, rebounding and defense, while also learning strategies of the game through league play. Players will register as individuals and will be placed on teams by AYSA staff. Each player will be given a jersey.
Schedule information will be emailed to participants two weeks before league play begins. Volunteer coaches are needed for this league. Please contact Aaron at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in coaching your child’s team.
BOYS AND GIRLS: 5 years old – 14 years old
ABILENE BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Our League is for players who are looking for a place to strengthen their skills and become a strong all-around team leader. All skill levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced.
LATE NIGHT LEAGUE
The Late Night Basketball Program is held at the Dodge Jones Youth Sports Center. It is FREE, but registration is required; Register quickly (first come, first served) to ensure your spot is secured. Prior to each game, the Abilene Youth Sports Authority will host an educational talk to benefit the players; and players must be present for each speaker in order to participate.
Each Friday you will be on a different team so you can learn to adapt, compete, and learn from different groups of players.
