Birthday Party Rental
$250 for 2 hours – must book at least 2 weeks in advance
$50 non-refundable deposit due at booking, goes towards rental, not an additional fee
Party Size: 25 kids, additional $50 fee for up to 40 kids
Rental includes exclusive access to one basketball court or soccer field with party room or picnic area for cake, food, and gifts. Game options are listed below.
Indoor parties are located at the Dodge Jones Youth Sports Center and outdoor parties are at the Recreation Outdoor Complex (ROC). Same address, just different locations: 1042 Loop 322 Abilene, TX 79602 (By the Abilene Zoo)
Party Rules:
- No food or drinks on the court or field.
- Guests must stay in their designated area(s).
- Parents / Adults attending party are responsible for supervision of guests.
- Staff member is on site for help or questions, if you would like to have an event staff lead games, you will need to request one.
- Play at your own risk, AYSA is not responsible for injury due to negligence or violation of AYSA policies.
- No alcohol, smoking, or vaping on AYSA premises.
Decorations:
- Decor stays in party room / picnic area.
- Tape or command hooks only – can not use any material that will damage or puncture our walls or other surfaces.
- No decorating on projector screens or TVs.
- No coloring on white boards.
- No confetti, glitter, glue, etc.
Party Game Options:
- Indoor: Basketball, Volleyball, Pickleball, Dodgeball, Spikeball, Cornhole, or Capture the Flag. (Can choose up to 3 games)
- Outdoor: Soccer, Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee, or Spikeball.
- If weather causes party to cancel and you do not rebook, you will receive a refund for the rental minus the deposit.
Party Add-Ons:
- Nerf Gun Battle $100 (Indoor Only) – cannot be combined with other game options listed above.
