This all-day event will consist of 2v2 pickleball tournaments\, 3v3 basketball tournaments\, 4v4 volleyball tournaments\, and Christmas GALORE!! The event schedule is listed below. \nImportant Details: \n\nDecember 6\, 2025\nThe fundraiser is hosted at the Dodge Jones Youth Sports Center\, 1042 Loop 322\, Abilene\, TX 79602\n*Adult Events & Pickleball are for High School Aged and Older*\n9am-1pm: Adult 4v4 Volleyball and 3v3 Youth Basketball (Boys & Girls: 3rd-4th\, 5th-6th\, 7th-8th grade divisions).\n2:00pm-4:30pm: 3v3 Adult Men’s\, Adult Coed Basketball and Women’s/Men’s Pickleball Doubles\n5:00pm-7:30pm: Mixed Pickleball Doubles\n$40-60 per team per event if registered by November 27th \n*$10 late fee applied if registered November 28th – December 4th*\n\nPlease be sure to read through the rules provided for further info about tournament requirements and expectations. \n  \n3v3 Basketball Rules \n4v4 Volleyball Rules \nFurther Questions: Contact info@abileneysa.org

DESCRIPTION:Parent’s Night Out  \nIf you need a date night or time to yourself\, then be sure to join us for Parent’s Night Out! Playing games\, watching a movie\, and eating pizza are just a few of the fun activities kids get to experience during this event. \nDate: Friday\, December 19th \nTime: 6:00-10:00PM \nCost: $35 per child if registered by December 17th.  \n  $40 per child if registered after December 17th.  \nAge Group: Children ages 5-12 \nDrop-Off: 5:30-6:00PM \nPick-Up: 9:30-10:00PM\, however parents may pick up their child(ren) at any time throughout the event. \nWhat to Bring: \n\nComfortable clothing and closed toe shoes\nWater bottle with child’s name (preferred)\nMeal arrangement (if not eating pizza)\nPillow and blanket to watch movie (optional)
