DESCRIPTION:MONDAYS \nFirm Foundations II is for 4th-8th graders who are looking to continue to build their fundamental skills of passing\, setting\, attacking\, serving\, blocking and defense\, while also learning strategies of the game through league play. All skill levels are welcome.
