DESCRIPTION:VOLLEYBALL ALL-SKILLS CAMP \nJune 2nd-4th\, 9am-12pm \nAge Groups: Entering 3rd-6th Graders \nOur volleyball all-skills camp is intended to cover every skill of the game of volleyball for your young athlete. This camp is for beginners as well as for those that have been playing for several years. Here is what will be included: \nServing: Footwork\, armswing mechanics\, building confidence\, working on core power\, jump serving for advanced players. \nHitting: Introduction to approaches and transitions\, armswing mechanics\, jumping for height and power. \nPassing/Defense: Proper technique and footwork\, controlling where the pass goes\, and moving quickly to the ball. \nSetting: Introduction to setting techniques and proper hand contact on the ball. \nGames: We will be playing small mini-games each day to utilized the skills that have been presented. This can be serving games\, short-court games\, wave-through and rotation games. \nAYSA PAYMENT POLICY: \nAll payments must be completed before the first day of camp. For those who have not paid by the first day of camp\, a $10 late fee will be added. (This includes any walk-up registrations on the first day of camp. \n

DESCRIPTION:TEAM SIGN UPS AND FREE AGENT SIGN UPS! \nWednesday Evenings- June 4th -June 25th   \nGirls – 3rd-4th\, 5th-6th Grade (please see Abilene Girls Basketball League for 7th-8th Grade girls registration) \nBoys – 3rd-4th\, 5th-6th\, 7th-8th Grade \nThere will be a certain number of teams (this does not include the free agent teams)! \n5 Boys / girls (3rd-4th grade teams) \n5 Boys / girls (5th-6th grade teams) \n3 Boys (7th-8th grade teams) \nThis is a bring your own team league. Your team must provide a coach. There will be no practice built in\, only games!! You must provide your own jersey. \nIMPORTANT PAYMENT UPDATE: \nTo ensure a smooth start for all our programs\, league payments are now due two weeks before the program begins or a $10 late fee will be added to late registrations. If payment is not completed before the the start date\, participants will not be allowed to take part in the program.
