Player Biography:
Iry Grooms is a 9 year old 4th grader at Clyde Intermediate School. She is your typical 4th grader that enjoys playing with her friends and watching a few favorite TV programs, but that is where typical ends.
Iry’s first love is gymnastics and each week she gets 9 hours or more of practice on tumbling, trampoline, balance beam and her joy the bars. Iry competes in 2 organizations the USAG and the AGA. She is a state level competitor in each organization. Listed below are her accomplishments for this gymnastics season:
First all round in USAG meet in Lubbock, January 28th with 1st in floor and bars, 2nd in vault and 3rd in beam
