What do you enjoy most about youth sports?
The ability to share in the shaping and bringing to light, a new mind. Kids come in from all types of backgrounds, some good and some bad, and I believe that it is the time, the understanding and patience that we share that allows them to find themselves, no matter the sport. We are not here to tell them how to grow up, we merely here to offer them an ear, a shoulder if needed and time. Our help is merely an option.
What makes a good youth sports volunteer/coach?
Patience.
Why are youth sports important for kids?
Gives them another outlet for their energy and expression.
