AYSA COMMITMENT:
AYSA is committed to Christian values, physically and emotionally healthy families, a vibrant family-friendly community, and a path for excellence and continued growth of organized youth team sports in Abilene and the Big Country by providing the organizational structure and recreational facilities needed to facilitate an environment of participation, safety, fun, and healthy competition for children ages 5-18.
AYSA is committed to working with and supporting the current local youth recreational leagues and their efforts to serve the community.
Plans are currently underway for the fundraising and construction of this multi-purpose Youth Sports Complex, which will be a major attraction serving a variety of purposes for the community. The first-class facilities and a full-time staff can support the growth of current leagues as well as facilitate the operations and volunteers of new sports and seasons. Every space is designed to be easily accessible by multiple users, serving the community with a central youth sports office plus a variety of year-round leagues, tournaments, events and programs. A single business office location can support current and new leagues with Administrative Services and Volunteer Coordination, while providing the community a "ONE-STOP-SHOP" for involvement in all youth sport opportunities. The combination of Grants, Sponsorships, Scholarships and Tournament Revenues will help keep local league fees affordable.

MULTI-PURPOSE YOUTH SPORTS COMPLEX - Proposed Uses
- Central Youth Sports Offices / Meeting Rooms (In partnership with local leagues)
- Basketball (AYBA), Volleyball, Indoor Soccer, Indoor Roller Hockey (KCHA), Football, etc.
- Year Round Local, Regional, Statewide Tournaments
- Camps - Clinics - Party Rentals - Community Events
- Local, Regional, Statewide Baseball / Softball Tournaments (Recreational, Club, Select)
- Regional Leagues (Not competing against current Little League and Softball Seasons)
- Available to current leagues for feature games, tournaments & other league fundraising events
- Football (New 2-Field League Home available for BCYF)
